ONLINE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 We ask you to read our Online Booking Terms and Conditions as you will be asked to confirm that you have read and understood these before your booking can be confirmed.

RESERVATION DETAILS

Booking Date: We can accept bookings for the same /next day and 12+ months’ notice.

Minimum Rental Duration: The minimum rental period is standard for 2 hours.

Maximum Rental Duration: We can accept bookings for longer periods of time (than the established 7 – 9 hours a day) – please contact Champagne Cruises Vilamoura directly to arrange.

RATES

Your Champagne Cruises Vilamoura charter quote takes into account BOAT PRICES ONLY. This quote generally includes the following items: the price of the boat (including discounts and special offers), the fuel of the trip, the 2 skippers and your drinks (Champagne, Wine, Beers, Soft-Drinks, Waters).

Additional charges to your basic rental rate may include: – Obligatory extras: Specific requests, Food, or any other extras clients may want. Additional equipment: for further information on additional equipment, you need to contact Elite Charters Vilamoura directly to confirm pricing.

*Please note Champagne is removed from all discounted charters

PAYMENT / MEANS OF PAYMENT / DEPOSIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PAYMENT

50% of full payment is required upon securing booking and final payment can be made 48 hours prior to the trip.

Failure to pay 50% upon booking does not secure your booking.

2. MEANS OF PAYMENT

Payment can be made using the following means of payment:

Bank Transfer: Elite Charters Vilamoura Bank account details are provided on the booking confirmation and accept payment in form of bank transfer. If payment is made by bank transfer, it is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that the correct amount is transferred (in reference to exchange rates for EUR € prices). The renter also accepts responsibility for payment receipts being forwarded to Elite Charters Vilamoura and ensuring that payment has been received by Elite Charters Vilamoura.

Credit card(s): Debit or Credit cards usually accepted are “Mastercard” and “Visa”.
Warning: Payment using credit(s) card(s) is (are) accepted in accordance with the limits authorised by your credit card issuer;
Payment using credit(s) card(s) is may be applied legal tax of 2%;

Paypal: Valid Paypal account holders can choose to pay the confirmed amount via Pay pal and are provided with the details and opportunity to so on the booking confirmation.

3. CHANGES TO RESERVATION: MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION POLICY

To modify or cancel a booking, you need to contact Elite Charters customer service directly by phone.

Please note that in order to modify or cancel the booking confirmation you must have the booking confirmation ID, name and details of the renter on the booking agreement.

Cancellation before embarkation:
Over 48 Hours : 20% cancellation fee will be charged on the full amount
Under 48 Hours : 100% cancellation fee will be charged (no refund)

Important: We always try to help and find a solution for our customers. As soon as you can see that you might cancel the booking please get in touch with us. We are happy to help and will find a solution.

4. GUARANTEED RESERVATION POLICY

In the event the booked boat cannot be provided during this “guaranteed period”, Elite Charters will contact you directly and provide you with the option to book alternative boats that are available. In the event of accident or boat damage prior to the “guaranteed period” an agreement will be reached for a suitable replacement or alternative date.

Flight delay
If for any reason the renter is delayed for the booked date, it is the sole responsibility of the renter to inform and contact Elite Charters Vilamoura of the situation.

5. FAILURE TO COLLECT

Failure to show at booked reservation date or time of boat trip without notification from renter of delay will result in the booking being cancelled with full charge. We are then at liberty to allow another booking to proceed the same day.

6. FAILURE TO RETURN

Failure to return the vessel at the designated ‘check-in’ time will result in extra charges. These extra charges will be indicated and charged by the Local Elite Charters Representative.
